Specializing in the design of probiotic fermented milk enriched with natural active compounds, he strives to offer innovative solutions to significantly lower blood sugar levels in individuals with diabetes. Through his in-depth research on the interactions between the gut microbiome and blood sugar regulation, Mohamed has developed formulas that combine effectiveness and naturalness. His passion for scientific advancement has led him to file two patents, reflecting the originality and innovative nature of his work.
